Processing Orders

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the next business day. We handle each order with care to ensure it reaches you safely.

Domestic Shipping Options

Standard Delivery

FREE on orders over £50 — typically 4–5 working days.

Reliable and cost-effective for most customers.

Second Class

£3.95 — typically 2–4 working days.

Faster delivery at a reasonable price.

First Class

£5.95 — typically 1–3 working days.

Fastest domestic option; orders for express delivery must be placed before 1pm.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Shipping partners are chosen for reliability and speed. Tracking information is provided for all international shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO boxes in some regions.
Certain countries may have customs restrictions for perfumes or alcohol-based products.
Orders to restricted regions will be canceled and refunded.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact our support team within 14 days with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will work with our courier to resolve the issue promptly.
